Zusammenfassung
A novel experimental design will be developed combining the biochemi- cal synthesis of customised model proteins, and the tailoring of artificial nano-cavities for single protein molecules regarding their geometric dimensions and the chemical nature of their walls. A set of dually labelled model proteins will be synthesised by native chemical ligation and expressed protein ligation methods.
