Zusammenfassung

The goal of the project is to contribute to a deeper understanding of the interactions between tubulin and colchicinoids (and other small molecules binding to the CBS) at the molecular level. By studying structural and, in particular, conformational details of such interactions in connection with the biological responses, important new information on the regulation of the microtubule system may be derived.
