Zusammenfassung

This project aims at obtaining new medicinal forms of the central nervous system analgesic PROSIDOL and of two local anaesthetics, KAZCAINE and ALAKAINE, by formation of inclusion compounds with beta-cyclodextrin and modified beta-cyclodextrins that could lead to improved bioavailability, low toxicity and prolonged activity of these drugs.
