The main aim of the project is a process combination of TIG welding with suspension plasma spraying, in order to realise various joining concepts for different materials. The process distinguishes itself by a wide range of application due to the possible process combinations since with this type of hybrid technology both, first welding and afterwards spraying is possible as well as carrying out this spraying process first.
