This study aims to analyse genetic, morphological and behavioural geographic variation in the granular poison frog, Dendrobates granuliferus, in Pacific Costa Rica and Western Panama. The main purpose is to discover the reasons for colour polymorphism, common in Dendrobatidae, and how it is related to other phenotypic traits, genetic variation and differences in habitat structure.
