Zusammenfassung

The Study Programme on European Security (SPES) is intended to complement the European Foreign and Security Policy Studies (EFSPS) Programme. SPES is aiming at the promotion of the work of young academics and young professionals from Central and Eastern Europe with a thematic focus on the future European and global security policy.
