Zusammenfassung
The main objectives of the project are: to (a) investigate theoretically and experimentally SP decay and dephasing mechanisms caused by radiation damping, interband and intraband transitions in MNPs of different geometries and their complexes. (b) investigate theoretically and experimentally SP spectra of the MNP in the closest vicinity of an interface, where the frequency dependence on the particle-interface separation is pronounced. (c) simulate the influence of coupling effects on the near field enhancement and far field behavior in case of the pair of nanorods, coupled spheroids et...
