Zusammenfassung

Intracranial pressure (ICP) is an important physiological parameter for several diseases and can be measured reliably only by invasively accessing the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) space. This project explores a new way of non-invasively and rapidly measuring ICP based on ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potentials. If successful, a device will be developed that can measure ICP within seconds and obviate the need for invasive lumbar punctures.
