Zusammenfassung

The project aims at a comparative analysis of regional knowledge transfer systems in Krasnoyarsk and Kiev and a comparison with other post-socialist regions in Poland (Opole) and in East Germany (Saxony). These regions are due to their common time under socialist regimes equipped with a common institutional history, but by the end of socialism were confronted with different challenges and development opportunities. The regional innovation system of Baden-Württemberg (Germany) as a leading European benchmark case is to be compared with them. The project includes qualitative case studies...
