This project involves researchers from Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy and "Der Tagesspiegel". It aims at enhancing transparency of governmental activities at a national level by monitoring and analysing patterns of influence of interest groups at different stages of the legislative process. The idea is to create an IT-infrastructure capable of recognising patterns in these influence networks, which might indicate unbalanced influence.
