The project aims at characterizing and quantifying complex influenza virus-host-cell interactions using a biologically-relevant and dynamic platform, in order to assess the multivalent and super-selective relationships between virus binding profiles on the one hand and pandemic potential, development of antiviral resistance, and antigenic drift on the other.
