Zusammenfassung

The project aims to jointly develop a concept for structured graduate education and an umbrella graduate school at ISU. First of all, two needs assessments, one in ISU, one in Tbilisi, will be conducted: the first will be directed at current PhD students at ISU to identify their requirements, the second will pinpoint the demands of Georgian stakeholders from the industrial, private, public, artistic and media sector as potential employers for PhD graduates who are seeking employment outside the university.
