Based on the 2009 cooperation agreement between Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) and Technical University at Munich (TUM), the purpose of the project is to jointly develop a program for the content area of higher and vocational education and subsequently implement an innovatively structured doctoral program cooperatively between TUM Graduate School, the Faculty Graduate Center of TUM School of Education, and the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of TSU.
