The goal of this application is to carry out preliminaries for establishment of the Kazakh Doctorate School of Materials and Processes within the frameworks of deepening and intensifying the current collaboration between TU Clausthal and EKSTU Ust-Kamenogorsk. The model of structured doctoral programs is focused on more organized training within the frameworks of Doctor's degree integration into the Bologna structure (QFBEHEA) which is utilized in many universities of Europe.
