The widespread development of antibiotic-resistant (AR) bacterial strains is becoming a serious problem in the world. In the meantime, the society is aware of the fact that misuse of antibiotics leads to the development of antibiotic resistances in bacteria. This problem is mainly located with hospitals, but AR bacteria also spread through the environment and especially through our food.
