The vision of the underlying proposal is the use of wall paint for efficient solar energy harvesting. The key question is whether wall paint can serve another purpose beyond being colored or white. Aqueous emulsion technologies, the basis of most modern paint, is a proven environmentally friendly and economical approach to producing coatings on a diverse scope of materials.
