Zusammenfassung

The goal of the project "Transdermal oxygen delivery to increase systemic oxygen supply for COVID-19 patients having no access to lung ventilators or patients where lung ventilators are not sufficient" is to test whether oxygen supply through the skin treated with gels containing oxygen-concentrating fluorocarbons may result in better oxygenation of blood under conditions of poor oxygen absorption through the lungs.
