This project examines the role local stakeholder play for crisis management and asks how their capacity to build urban resilience in relation to migrants' rights can be strengthened. Key results will include insights into the way community organizations and local institutions in three different settings - Berlin, Copenhagen, and Tel Aviv - responded to the Covid-19 health crisis.
