Zusammenfassung

The project team will employ state-of-the-art computer-aided drug design techniques followed by experimental validation to identify inhibitors of the non-structural proteins composing the COVID-19 causing SARS-CoV-2 replication-transcription complex. With the focus on drug repurposing and usage of safe natural products, it is expected to find a combination of such compounds that will effectively stop SARS-CoV-2 replication and could thus be used as a therapeutic approach to treat COVID-19.
