Can we print the world's most widely used material, concrete, as a filigree spatial building structure without the limitations of conventional layer-based 3D printing techniques? This proposal aims to push the limitations of additive manufacturing in the concrete construction sector by investigating the potential of injection 3D printing of concrete into a reusable carrier medium. 3D printing of concrete into a complex fluid could help support the weight of the printed element while curing.
