The use of modern technologies such as mobile phones results in the exposure of the human brain to artificial blue light and electromagnetic radiation (EMR), which are distinct from the natural stimuli that our brains have evolved to respond to over the course of evolution. Although the effects may not be immediately apparent, it is probable that our brains are being affected in ways that are not yet fully understood.
