RECOAST-VISION aims to envision and explore transformative coastal adaptation solutions for the German and Danish Baltic Sea Coast. This initiative responds to the growing urgency of coastal risks, highlighted by a severe storm surge on October 20th and 21st, 2023, which caused extensive flooding, dike breaches, and widespread damage in both countries.
