The use of artificial intelligence (AI) to prosecute criminal offenses is becoming increasingly relevant due to the rise in activities on the darknet and with cryptocurrencies. At the same time, however, these new technologies also provide risks for the freedom of society and individuals concerned, as they can be discriminated against and innocently prosecuted by AI.
