This research project examines the repercussions of wealth inequality on households' attitudes, financial opportunities, and behavior. We examine how differences in household wealth shape perceptions of the fairness of the financial system, the demand for financial security, especially insurance products, and financial opportunities in terms of access to financial markets and financial innovation.
