The project explores the investment strategies of High-Net-Worth Individuals with regards to energy transitions. It is designed as a historical comparative case study of Germany and Mexico. Both countries have a significant number of HNIs and a political economy marked by energy-driven industrialization. Yet, while Germany is energy poor, Mexico is endowed with significant oil resources.
