Zusammenfassung

The aim of the project is to prepare, store, and provide public access to large-scale longitudinal survey data generated within the Momentum program “The Role of Work in the Development of Civilization Diseases”. By the final measurement wave in December 2024, the dataset will include data collected from employees in Germany over 54 measurement waves across five years. This dataset is unique in psychological research due to its extensive monthly assessments and the large sample of employees (N = 1897 at Time 1 and n ≈ 500 expected at Time 54) from all 16 German states and diverse occupations. ...
