Mobility, especially when it comes to forced displacement of vulnerable people in crises and conflicts, often comes along with a gross overburdening of public health services. The interdisciplinary project team – combining expertise in livelihoods, (public) health, health and policies, (im)mobilities and social inequality – addresses the complex interplay of migration and health in crisis settings, where factors such as economic downturns, violence, hazards, and climate change drive multi-directional mobility.
